DANCE

Hi everyone! I did my jazz dance at the Festival of Stars in Westlock yesterday. Our group got gold!! Very pleased about that. Uum, I have to do my tap dance, 'Breakin' it Up!', today, and the group right before me has the exact same song- and they got to keep the rightful name!! Totally unfair, but we'll show them!! heehaw, I'll post a picture of me in each of my costumes when I have them uploaded to the computer.

Back Home!

Hey there all my blog readers! Well, me and my familyl are back from Australia, safe and sound. We haven't loadeed the pictures into the 'puter yet, but when we do, expect a lot of pictures! We had an awesome trip, and when we came home, more than most of the snow had melted!! My favorite place in Australia was the beach we went to in Caloundra. There waas the ocean, a pool and a spray park right where we were! Love, Kenzie

This and that

Well, hello, all! In a recent post, I mentioned getting our tap costumes. I also meant to say, "Our jazz costumes are cool. They're an orange halter top and capri pants." Anyhow, back top tap costumes. Those are pink dresses with sparkly tiered ruffles. Today we had another drama club meeting. Oh, yes, to post comments on this blog, you have to have an account on either Google or Blogger. To get an account, I think you just go up to the toolbar in the top right-hand corner, click sign in and I think it says 'join' somewhere. So, that might help some of you.

Hello, all!! Guess where me and my crew are off to at the end of the month? AUSTRALIA! We are all so excited to leave this cold. We are packing and cleaning like crazy. Well, that's all I have tinme to write now. Gotta go get ready to catch teh bus!!

A pic or two. . . or three

This last picture is of my other orange feline, Timmy Skinny St.Louis. When we got him, he was as skinny as, like, a twig. But, now he's a reasonable cat size. Him and Tommy act like brothers, and that's good, because Tommy is SO defenseless. That's pretty much all about that little animal.

FOOTNOTE: We have no picturres of my doggy, but I'll try and take one. He's camera shy ;-)

This is a picture of a cat that looks a lot like my oldest kitty cat, Covu Kookoo St.Louis. His nickname we always call him (Kookoo) is from way back. My little sister couldn't say Covu when she was little, just Kookoo. So that name stuck. He loves to fight. Yes, this is not a real picture of him. It's just off of the 'net.

Okay, this pic looks a lot like my littlest kitten, Tommy Stubby St. Louis. We've had him for six months, maybe more, and he's only grown FATTER.But he's every bit as cute as he is loud. This isn't an actual picture of him, it just looks alot like him, minus the eye color ( He's brown eyed).

This Week

Hello, all!! Let's see, what's up this week... oh yes, I have a drama club meeting today. We're in the middle of auditions. Then AWANA. Then, tap lessons. We get to try on our costumes today. I hope, hope, hope like crazy that they're blue or green. I've had to many red costumes in my life. Eeek, we get our report cards today.I hope I don't look like that poor little kitten when I see my grades!! Or my Daddy. Hehehe. Well, that's all I can write for now. TAFN!! I think I will write my name in Webdings.

Skiing!

Hello! A very important event in my life happened on Friday. . . the first time ever I went skiing!!!! It was way, way fun. I went with all of the grade five classes in my school. We only went to Tawatinaw, but it was great! The only battle scars I havae to show are pretty minor a big ole rope burn on my face from when I wiped out with my head underneath the tow rope, a bruise the size of a hockey puck on my hip, and way sore arm muscles from holding on to the tow rope with all of my might. If you've never been skiing before, go!! Get up from your computer and find a local ski hill. It's one of the funnest experiences ever. Ti: When you go skiing, always , ALWAYS, start with a lesson. They will tell you what to do; and how to stop. So, that's about it- wait! AWANA Field Days was today. That is when a whole bunch of AWANA clubs get together and have a big event with quizzing and games. It is way, way, WAY awesome. I've only been there twice, but those times were awesome. That picture represents the mobs and mobs of people at those events. But the butterflies are more colorful.

Okay, if you didn;t think any of my other pictures were funny, whish they were, this has GOT to be a laugh. No one could pass these guys up. That big brown/black/greyish-white dog looks like "HELP ME!! Anybody! I'm too adorable to get squished!!"

Okay, this cute little puffball is straight off a toilet paper commercial. Isn't he just the fluffiest? Imagine how big he'll get when he grows up! He could look like a giant snowball!!! You'd lose him very easily in the winter, though.

In Australia, they have very different kinds of coffee. However, they have probably never tasted this concoction. Called a 'Kitty Latte', it is very exotic. I'm not even close to knowing where it came from. Perhaps Beijing? I have no clue. Maybe it's a cute little feather duster!!

Alrightski, in the e-mail that I got this in, the caption was 'A PERFECTLY GOOD WAY TO RUIN A FERRARI'. But, I think that is almost exactly what I want my first car to look like. How about you?

Adorable Picture!

If you've ever felt short, and compared to someone WAAAAY taller, and thought someone was hoping for a taller friend/child, forget all those thoughts. Be happy with who you are. And realize how lucky you are, not being that dog!! This guy was too cute to pass up. Now that I know how to upload pictures, expect a looooooooooot more. BTW, by the way, I didn't take this picture. I just got it in a great e-mail. TAFN, that's all for now!

Feelin' Icky

G'day. peeps! If you haven't determined it by the title, I'm feeling very icky right now. I about 10 hours, and I'm hoping it will go away soon. So, my story of today was
1) Lay on couch. Feel icky
2) Try eating ginger ale and soda crackers. Success!!
3) Lie on couch and read.
4) Try eating chicken noodle soup. Bad idea.
5) Sit on couch and read magazines.
6) Go online and write on blog and such.

That's what has happened so far today. I've left out all the icky details for the light stomached.

Dancin' Queen

Hey, hey, hey!! I just got back from dance classes, tonite was tap. We've finished our dance, and it was called 'Breakin' up the house'. My jazz song( which is almost finished) is called 'Mambolayo'. I just love dancing, it makes me feel so energixed, and happy:-). Our school is having a so-called 'Winter fun day'. You basically go outside for half a day and play in the snow. It's really fun, mostly, but hockey doesn't really appeal to me. TAFN, that's all for now!!

Crying

Habe you ever just burst into an inexplicable fit of tears and sobs? I have, and for no good reason, either. The last time I cried with a good reason was last night, when I watched Flicka. That is a really good movie, by the way. Anyhow, I started crying ( not loudly, just tears.) because the sing 'My Little Girl' was playing, and that made me think of a little girl named Kali /boulerice. She passed away on November 3, 2006 and they played that song at her funeral. I'm going to try and post a picture of a baby panda on here, but it might not work. TAFN, that's all for now!
